We proudly offer global delivery with some exceptions in parts of Asia and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.

We offer two convenient options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our Mesa, Arizona headquarters. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

While we strive for timely delivery, international shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs processing. Some remote areas may also experience slightly longer delivery times. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your frames must be in original condition with all packaging and tags. We want you to love your eyewear risk-free!

Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

Currently, we process returns and ask customers to place a new order for a different style. This ensures you receive your preferred frames as quickly as possible.
